About Guidance Center
The people and purpose behind Guidance Center
We are a Minnesota-based EIDBI and ABA therapy team dedicated to helping children build the skills, confidence, and connections they need to thrive, alongside families who never have to navigate it alone.

Our Story
Why Guidance Center exists
Too many Twin Cities families spend months waiting for answers, referrals, and a plan that actually fits their child. Guidance Center was built to close that gap: one place for CMDE assessments, ABA therapy, speech and occupational support, and the family coaching that helps progress stick.
We work in-center, and when it helps, alongside families at home, because a skill practiced only in a clinic rarely becomes a habit anywhere else. Every child who comes to us gets a plan built around them, not a program they have to fit into. That is the guidance our name promises, and the standard our team holds itself to every day.
What Guides Us
The values behind every care plan we build
These principles shape how our team shows up for your family, in every session and every conversation.
Compassion First
We meet every child and family with patience and warmth, especially on the hard days.
Built Around Your Child
No two treatment plans look the same, because no two children learn the same way.
Family Partnership
Parents and caregivers are part of the care team, not bystanders to it.
Rooted in the Community
We show up locally, working alongside the schools and providers already part of your child’s life.
