Individual Treatment Programs

A roadmap built around your child, not a template

Your child’s Individual Treatment Plan (ITP) translates CMDE results into clear, measurable goals and the specific mix of therapies that will help your child reach them.

What Is an ITP?

The plan that turns evaluation results into everyday progress

Once your child’s CMDE is complete, our clinical team builds an Individual Treatment Plan, or ITP, that translates those findings into specific, measurable goals. Rather than assigning a generic set of hours, the ITP defines exactly what skills we are targeting, which therapies will be used to get there, and how progress will be tracked along the way.
Every ITP is written and supervised by our BCBA-level clinical team, then reviewed with your family so you understand not just what we are doing, but why.
What an ITP defines
Specific, measurable goals across communication, behavior, and daily living skills
Which therapies will be used, and how often
The recommended weekly treatment hours
How and when progress will be measured

How It Comes Together

From CMDE results to a plan your family understands

01

Review CMDE Results

We start with your child’s evaluation findings to understand strengths, needs, and priorities.
02

Set Goals Together

Our clinical team drafts specific, measurable goals and reviews them with your family before finalizing.
03

Assign Services & Hours

We determine which therapies and how many weekly hours will support the goals in your child’s plan.
04

Review & Adjust

We track progress against the plan and adjust goals as your child grows and reaches milestones.
What Comes Next

Most treatment plans start with ABA Therapy

ABA therapy is often the core service used to work toward the goals in your child’s plan, delivered one-on-one by our trained team.
Common Questions

Questions families ask about treatment plans

Our BCBA-level clinical team designs every Individual Treatment Plan, drawing directly from your child’s CMDE results and family input.

Treatment plans are reviewed regularly as part of ongoing care, and updated whenever your child reaches a goal or their needs change.

Yes. We review draft goals with your family before finalizing the plan, and welcome your perspective on what matters most for your child.

For most families enrolled in Medical Assistance, MinnesotaCare, or MA-TEFRA, the treatment plan is covered as part of the EIDBI benefit alongside the CMDE.

Bring any existing plan to your first visit. Our team can review it and determine whether we can continue building on it or need updated goals.
